Yes. If you have made a mistake in your invoice and wish to cancel it, you can do so:
Step 1: Go to “Dashboard” on your Bancoli account.
Step 2: Select and open the invoice you wish to cancel.
Step 3: Click on the selection box “Actions” on the invoice's top left.
Step 4: Select the “Cancel and notify” option.
Step 5: Choose the reason for canceling.
Step 6: Click on “Cancel invoice.”
